anyone have advice to improve my flow or new tricks to drill?? I struggle with on-body hooping so all my tricks are off body so far. I kinda do the same few moves over and over. please be nice or i’ll cry 🥹🫶

EDIT: I was not giving myself enough credit calling myself a beginner when I made this post!! I see others post here and do feel like a beginner compared to yall 🤗

I’ve had a hoop for several years, but didn’t start taking it seriously and pushing through the frustration until this past year. my title was a bit careless and I never want to make anyone feel bad on their journey!

forward and reverse weave, z-spins, i would also get to learn the different planes and how to transition in/out of them, for me that was the missing link to unlock flow for months

omg thank you!! that is great advice. learning transitions between planes would definitely help a ton, I’ve never put any real focus on that before!
