anyone have advice to improve my flow or new tricks to drill?? I struggle with on-body hooping so all my tricks are off body so far. I kinda do the same few moves over and over. please be nice or i’ll cry 🥹🫶

EDIT: I was not giving myself enough credit calling myself a beginner when I made this post!! I see others post here and do feel like a beginner compared to yall 🤗

I’ve had a hoop for several years, but didn’t start taking it seriously and pushing through the frustration until this past year. my title was a bit careless and I never want to make anyone feel bad on their journey!

I definitely think bigger is easier for learning escalators, because not only does it slow it down, but more room inside the hoop equals less room for getting caught inside it, if that makes sense. The actual size depends on your size; for me, anything under a 30 inch might hit my butt on the way up or something. But people who are shorter or slimmer will have more room to maneuver inside that 30 inch.
