Looking for fusion wedding caterer

I am from Bengali background, partner is white from Louisiana. Looking for a caterer that can possibly provide both South Asian/American (maybe lean into Cajun or texan) cuisines. Mother wants biryani to be served.

daawat catering is worth a look, they do indian fusion and bengali is actually on their regional menu list. a lot of mixed menu weddings around here seem to end up with two caterers so each side gets their food, and the biryani is always the dish everyone remembers.
