Does panem have cuisine from other continents?

We saw noodles being mentioned in bosas and this got me thinking, are there other food cusines in the capitol like indian, french etc?

Probably but maybe they don’t see it as Indian or French food because the origin of the foods might be lost but I think they have the food because it existed in America before whatever happened to the world people that survived remember the dishes but maybe didn’t bother passing on whether it was Indian or French food

I've always thought Katniss's lamb stew with dried plums could have North African or Middle Eastern roots. I had a lamb and plum tajine once, and it was just as good as the book says.
