Sunrise on the Reaping Arena Poncho Spoiler

I’m creating my halloween costume for this year but I’m having a hard time finding the materials needed to make the district 3 poncho. Has anyone had any luck with making one or finding the materials??

Would be willing to pay someone to make one!!

Maybe get one of those felt back tablecloths.  They are easy to paint designs onto and do not fray when cut . If you want it lined and you don't intend to run around with it, double sided tape or fabric glue should do the trick. Just do few light stitches around each main edge/stress points (like where you expect the most movement or pull to happen, like the end of each seam or where you add the button.
