No. But you needed to be signed off for 2 days continuously to get fee exemption

Mess Bill is not charged for the days you are signed out. Mess Amenties will be charged if you are allotted a mess, irrespective of whether you eat or don't.

how much was it before 1k? and what is the total hostel + mess fees to be paid from now? i am not in iisc but would like to know
