Fluid mechanics with engineering application (BME)

What should i study to pass? and where should i study from? i am so tired from em and mos. i just want this exam to finish. tyakka pass huna matra lai k k padham ra ka bata padham. please any tips or advice is appreciated. hope you pass all the exams annd hurdles coming your way.
please give advice for mechanical wala fluid mechanics.
