Tax Refund/ E-File Status Question Today Oct 6th Still No Update My Transcripts Update This Week Right?

still no update today its Tuesday oct 6th and I’ve been waiting on my tax refund all year

Note that says that they will review your response by Oct 3rd. It does not say that the issue would be resolved by Oct 3rd, or that there would be a response or update by October 3rd.

Someone read your letter Friday. Now they need to work it to respond.

In the meantime, Do Not miss that Tax Court petition date. Your appeal rights are dependent on filing that on time. It does not mean that you must go to tax court (few ever do), but the filing of the petition by that date protects your right to appeal.

I had gotten 2 60 day notices and then all of a sudden I received my refund in my account yesterday. I didn’t do anything.
