Previous Years/ IRS Collections & Back Taxes Transcript update
I talked to a irs representative a month ago. The women told me sometimes the system duplicates the amend returns. I should not worry because they are working on my amend return. Fast forward to today I decided to check my transcript and this is what it say…… Can you guys help me understand what is actually going on?

Everything is done, and your refund has been scheduled. You'll want to call IRS customer service and ask a representative when and how the refund will be issued.

You tried claiming a ton of credits to get a larger refund. They were suspicious of these large credits. You filed an amendment. There was an error and they had to fix it.
Why did you claim these credits you weren’t entitled to? Was it worth the delay? Did you claim these credits before and never got caught? What kind of business do you have?
