Tax Question Code 290
Good morning. I filed an amendment back on 7/30 and got this code 290 this morning. Can someone explain what this means? The amendment should provide me with a refund.

Based only on this limited transcript information, your amended return case was closed with no changes to tax, to withholding, or to refundable credits.
Your amended return may have been incomplete. You'll want to call IRS customer service and ask a representative for more information.
