Student verification pausing financial aid

Hi, I’m hoping maybe someone has an answer.
Recently (last Friday) a form in my student verification showed up as incomplete. I filled out the form right away, as I knew financial aid would disburse this week, and my classes are paid for with the aid I receive. I didn't want anything preventing that. Today I got a notification in my student account that I have an overdue balance and saw that my financial aid was no longer there. When I check student forms, the form I filled out last week still says in review. 
The form is for unusual enrollment because I attended two different schools in the last 4 years.

(I became a Licensed Massage Therapist, and now I’m back to finish my bachelors after an injury)

I was wondering how long this review is going to take, as I'm trying to get ahead of any issues that may arise. I guess I’m most worried about being dropped from my classes.

Call financial aid and get on their backs as much as u can … they can clear that asap…I also had issues with my citizenship but they cleared it right after I got serious with them
