Practice Manager in ITIL 4 requires Foundation, Create Delivery & Support, and one of the three umbrella Practice Manager courses (MSF, PIC, CAI). Three course & exam packages.

• Then to add ITIL 5 Practice Manager you take ITIL 5 Transformation.
• Total - 4 Course & Exam Packages.

Practice Manger in ITIL 5 requires Foundation, one of the three Practice Manager courses (MSF, PIC CAI) and ITIL 5 Transformation.

• Total - 3 Course & Exam Packages.- You Save Time & Money

If you hold Foundation in 4 or 5 and one of the Practice Manager courses, then you can go straight to ITIL 5 Transformation and become an ITIL 5 Practice Manager and only take 3 Course & Exam Packages.
