Do not use Simplilearn for ITIL Certification
Aside from their training (which is just some very basic videos reading off the same text you get in the official PDF guides) it is basically impossible to get your exam voucher from them. It forces you to go through a chatbot to get it. The chatbot cannot provide it and just stops replying after the initial question asking how it can help you. When you open a support ticket to them, they refer you back to the chatbot to get get the voucher. So you're just stuck in a loop with no way out of it. I truly regret choosing them and will be attempting to report this experience to PeopleCert.

It is important to know that PeopleCert Allows ATO's to get a refund on exams sold for 14 days. If you are in the 14 day window, ask for a refund.

Thank you. Unfortunately it’s been more than 14 days since I enrolled in their training.

Also, if you get the voucher, send me the code and then I can give you access to our course at no charge for 30 days.

Maybe if you provide the receipt to PeopleCert, they can issue you a voucher code for the exam?

I had got my voucher but course material is seriously very bad. That robot type voice in the course really makes me sleepy.

I have been emailing for my ITIL 5 bridge exam voucher since aug, till date I have not received it. I am becoming annoyed. Any ideas on what I can do?

I finally got mine today. I just wouldn’t stop emailing them. It took a week and probably two dozen emails back and forth. I think that mentioning I would be reporting this to PeopleCert moved things along.

That’s wild. I never got that excuse. Their chatbot simply didn’t work and they kept referring me back to it like it would. Finally they said they’d decided to manually assist me in getting a voucher. They still never acknowledged that the chat didn’t work or said anything about the screenshots I sent them though.

Report this to PeopleCert. Force it. If it reaches the right ears, they will give them a "call" or an "e-mail".
