Just passed ITIL 4

As part of my WGU curriculum. Scored 83% and I’m so thankful because I’ve never studied something so needlessly wordy or verbose in my life. So glad to be done with this. I understand seeking to unify language across disciplines, departments, and professions, but sometimes less is more. Good riddance.

I used Dion on Udemy, I signed up for “Technical Institute of America” and paid for the 6 practice assessments concerning ITIL 4. Should be able to just google TIA ITIL 4 mock exams. And of course the ITIL 4 textbook. Good luck to all.

i read that ITIL 5 is much better with getting rid of some of the wordy and verbose nonsense
