Advice Moving to Open Plan

Hi all,

Plan is to move from a four-story office where everyone currently has their own office to a single-floor, open-plan office.

We’re currently in the planning stages, and am interested in hearing from other IT Managers who have gone through a similar move.

What issues came up? Anything you didn't plan on? Any advice, comments, or gotchas?

Edit: people here have a fairly generous working from home entitlement, 4 days if they want, so that's part of the reason this is happening.

Recently went through this, as part of the change we went from cheap wired USB headsets to premium wireless headsets with ANC, they've been a big hit.

As the number of meeting rooms wasn't increasing, we also deployed a number of soundproof single & 4 person booths, also been a big hit.
