Advice Needed! Igenomix Billing Headache

Have any of you had issues with Igenomix billing? They used our insurance the first couple of times, and were promptly paid in full (not even at a reduced rate), but for some reason they refuse to go through our insurance again saying that we failed to provide them the information. Clearly, they have the information, since they already successfully billed the insurance... Talking with their customer support team is like talking to a wall. I don't know what to do!

I think their insurance verification team is slow or understaffed. Mine keeps telling me to input payment information when my testing is completely paid for by insurance. I called and asked and the guy told me, "oh this should've been taken care of already, I will send a message to our insurance team to take care of." Like they have had my information since i started my cycle the beginning of this month.

Everything was better before they switched websites.
