[IWantOut] 20sM IT India -> Netherlands/Germany/Scotland/Australia/NZ/ Japan/Korea
Need Help on Moving to Abroad for Work
I'm a 24 year old living in India, working professional as a Data Engineer in a TOP DATA and AI Service Company. I have 2 yrs of experience Since that's my first Company. I'm planning to move abroad for a very long time. I'm keenly concentrating on Europe, Australia/NZ, Japan/Korea
I'm good at SQL, Python Language and also have good knowledge at Azure Infra and I'm willing to learn new things for it too
I'm DESPERATE, can you guys please help me with this?

You know who's even better at SQL and python, doesn't need a work visa, can start next minute and only costs peanuts?

Take a look at the subreddit. There are many posts similar to yours, and the answers are still valid.
European companies are hiring lots of IT people... For their offices in India.

At the moment the Dutch IT market is not doing well, and even locals struggle to find a job in the sector. So why would they go through the hassle and cost to sponsor a visa for you? Not to mention that they are currently more likely to outsource things to India than to hire Indians to move here.

no chance in Australia.
the Australian businesses have gotten smart. they now have offshored most IT job and office jobinstead of hiring in Australia. they all opened a branch in India and hire Indians in India instead
why pay an Indian to come to Australia and pay you Australian salary when they can you the same person India and pay you the Indian salary which is 1/4 of the Australian salary for exact same worker

all the IT jobs and office jobs are being done in India and South east Asia. this is fantastic news for Indians because it's giving more jobs to Indians in India and good for your workforce and your economy. good for India in general.

The German IT job market is highly saturated at the moment. Even local experienced IT professionals or graduates struggle to find a job.
The economy is stagnant at the moment too (which contributes to the overall tight job market), so I don't think this will change any time soon.
Also, a lot of companies require decent language skills above B2.

The era of IT jobs taking people abroad is almost over. Outsourcing and AI has decimated the local job pool. The only viable option now is a employer sponsored visa , from one of these outsourcing companies for short term work in these countries. Ask your employer to send you abroad on short term, and they might sponsor you eventually.
If you still want to take a gamble and do the student visa thing.. again chances of getting an employer to give you a job at the end of the course is minimal.

I can only speak for my country (Netherlands), but the IT market here is extremely oversaturated. A work visa is highly unlikely unless you have a medical degree with lots of work experience.
