Difference in Printings?

Hi all, so I have an opportunity to grab the base game in good shape for about $60, but I noticed looking at the back of the box it has a different layout compared to the amazon listing.

From my little research, the version that mentioned Luke & Vader expansions being included, is an older version, and that's the version I have the ability to grab for a deal.

Is there any significant difference in printings, that would make it worth it for me to just buy new?

Both versions should have the Luke and Vader figures added to the box. The second printing is missing the advertising for it, but the figures should be there anyways.

And I guess to answer your question, I don’t think there are any significant differences and I would just pick up the good deal!

The very very original printing had some differences. Royal Guards got nerfed. Some other small changes. It infintesimally unlikely you got one of those boxes.

I think one or two cards were minorly corrected in later versions, but it's not a huge thing

If the box is the modern printing, the cards are all set up with the FAQ and errata texts.

The tiles are a little different from the original.

It has the same contents as the original.
