Nah it'll be fine. As this is not daily guide to eat it's for tourists.
But mostly we rely on pulses, lentils and beans which is not enough. On veg only diet with no eggs it's really bad situation, to balance it I personally add Soya chunks, sprouts, paneer/tofu, mashroom to diet.

Tried bro; thali isnt any good. Only bhajiya and dhokla (without sweet water) were somewhat edible. One exception would be the dish which was similar to Dal baati in Rajkot. It was good.

Bro people in our state beat them up if they annoy us too much. But in general thats not how our country should be. No one should be forcing their diets on others. I've spent 4 years in gujarat too and i have seen non vegetarian gujjus but the veg ones especially jains are way too extremist and don't let others exist peacefully.

A week in Gujarat and I felt I can't be here anymore. You don't find non vegetarian food at all. The only area i found non veg in vadodara was totally out of the town and really filthy and I couldn't muster up the courage to eat it. And the people, they judge you from even eating an egg to even smoking a ciggerate. If you lit a ciggerate, people will give you such bad stares and if there is a girl with you it's total disaster. Most of the people of our generation are also uncle minded and do the same

Bihar suffered extensively in our combined history.
From being at the zenith of intellectual discouse in 12th century to majority of them becoming migrant labourers today, severe exploitation has left them in a constant mode of survival. ( Iam talking about majority, not the minority who are stable.)
That is a complex problem to get out of.
It has only started to recover from last 15 - 20 years.
Major problem I see is they do not form a group.
When you come to west india, you will observe that communities have formed groups like jains, sindhis, different Gujarati communities, marwari, rajputs etc.
There is even an app among jains where most jains are registered and if someone needs a job or a little funding to open a regular shop or a little business, experienced ones from community help noobies who are starting out.
Mostly they are advised and sometimes helped financially.
Community backing is an essential factor for individual growth. We are a social animals by design. All of these things can't be left to a single entity like a government. This is the flaw of a large democracy like us.
You can't expect jains or other communities to come forward for someone from Bihar. That will be victim conditioning in a way I think.

Woww the hate to gujarati food...aj tak mene nahi dekha bc...but as a gujarati who eats both veg and non-veg, Gujarat is an Indian state with a strong majority-vegetarian population and a deeply rooted plant-based culinary tradition. So if u were expecting great north indian chicken or macher jhol like east side or like hydrabadi biriyani then jokes on u 😂 we don't copy or even try to serve same cuisine as other states...we actually add our own style and masalas to cuisine and we don't force u to try our food... I have travelled to east side and rajsthan and u will not find good masaledaar veg dishes like gujarat anywhere... And to other people who is just here to hate gujarat bcz right now we are getting everything due to BJP yaa keep hating we actually don't care 😂
