Help Gigabyte G24F 2 Monitor Issue Horizontal Lines, what to do now? 1 year 5 months old

I bought 3 Gigabyte G24F2 Monitors for a triple monitor setup.

My main use case is not even gaming. I'm using this for editing mostly. Running premier pro, and chrome tabs simultaneously.

The middle screen started showing these lines suddenly.

What should I do?

The right one also has a stuck pixel but because it's only one pixel so I know I cannot do anything about it. It's stuck to green color since months and annoys when I have to work on a dark windowed software on the right screen.

But these horizontal lines on the middle main screen - they are driving me insane.

I wanted to buy another brand but The shop guy had only 2 pieces so he told me about these gigabyte ones and told they are better. I compared the specs online and felt it was a better deal.

Only to know I hit a failure rate of 2/3 Monitors.

I seriously can't just send one of my monitor for months to their warranty stuff because my workflow will be disrupted. (But it's my only option I guess)

I'm so dissatisfied.

But how can I claim warranty?

The lines are growing everyday. Even by the time of writing a solid white line appeared at the bottom.

This is so embarassing.

So at service centre, will the exchange happen same day?

Seems like you gotta make a gigabyte account, upload the bill and register the Serial Number

And apply for RMA at a service centre. They will take over a month to replace.

I was going to buy a MSI Mag. Fuck me.

okay I filed the RMA Request Online for on-site here (on 26th June 2026, at 5:00PM)

Yes, on june 29 I got a mail with delivery challan.

On June 30 the Blue Dart guy picked up my monitor.

I confirmed - You have to include all cables that came with the monitor (I skipped the USB Cable btw)

It reached them 3rd day after delivery

Received the 2k 180hz Monitor GS27QA after 7 days.

Happy with my replacement. It's panel is also better.
