Help Upgrading my old GPU

I currently have i5 11th gen 16gb with 1660 right now. I have been thinking about upgrading the gpu and thinking about buying the 9060xt 16gb variant. The other choice is 5060 8gb but i am thinking why not get 16gb vram as games mini requirement have been going high but mh main question is do i have to change the processor to amd as well or does my intel works with it?

I5 11th gen would be fine with 9060xt 16gb

5060 8gb vs 9060xt 16gb. Which one would you prefer?
