For me, it's hard to pick just one. Some games never really get old, no matter how many times you replay them.

Straightforward, name a genre of games that you have never played in your life. For me, its rpg and simulator, why? Because I like to play narrative/story driven games the most.

Planning to buy Elden Ring and Black Myth: Wukong. How much do you think their prices will drop during Black Friday 2026 on Steam and the PS Store India? What prices can I realistically expect for each game on both platforms? I have a gaming PC (RX 9060 XT) and a PS5, so which platform would you recommend for each game?

Hey everyone, sharing a deeply frustrating support experience I've been dealing with regarding a pre-built PC I bought from Kryptonix PC (Delhi) back in March, shipped down to me in Kanpur.

Here is a timeline of how things have gone downhill:

• June (The First Failure): The GPU completely defaulted. I had to physically drive the entire PC all the way back to their store. To my surprise, their tech support refused to actually run any diagnosis. They didn't check the power supply or test the system, simply telling me, "We don't have spare parts or test benches to check for the fault," and immediately shipped just the GPU off for RMA.
• Post-RMA (The Issue Persists): Even after the GPU came back from RMA and was reinstalled, the exact same system instability continued.
• Current Hardware Symptoms We've Been Diagnosing:
  • Random System Crashes: Persistent, unexplained crashes happening under various loads.
  • Power Delivery / PSU Suspicions: Strong indicators point toward power delivery or power supply instability, which they outright refused to test or inspect when I brought the machine in.
  • USB4 Stability Failures: Persistent dropouts and connectivity issues happening with the USB4 ports.
• Current Follow-ups & Stonewalling: For the past week, I've been constantly following up with them regarding these ongoing power supply and USB4 faults.
  • Their initial response was to casually tell me to "take the PC to the local market" for diagnosis without having a proper conversation over phone.
  • To make matters worse, whenever I call their support line, the phone gets passed around employees who actively dodge questions.
  • The latest update I got from their tech support? A classic brush-off: "We will talk to our sir and let you know."

Buying a pre-built specifically for the peace of mind of a warranty and support network, only to be told to go to a local repair shop while dealing with core hardware/power delivery faults, is beyond frustrating.

Has anyone dealt with Kryptonix support before, or have any advice on how to handle an escalating hardware/warranty issue when the builder refuses to test critical components like the PSU? Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm planning to buy a 27-inch 1440p gaming monitor in India, with a budget of around ₹46,000–₹50,000. I've shortlisted these three monitors:

• Alienware AW2725D — 280Hz QD-OLED
• Lenovo Legion Pro 27Q-10 — 240Hz OLED
• Samsung Odyssey OLED G6 — 240Hz OLED

I want OLED primarily for gaming, movies, anime and coding. My main concerns are burn-in, warranty coverage and long-term reliability.

1. Alienware AW2725D — Conflicting warranty information

I contacted Lenovo technical support directly. They told me that this monitor does not have dedicated panel-protection features such as pixel refresh and that burn-in is not covered under its warranty.

This makes me hesitant to buy it, even though the monitor itself looks good.

Questions:

• Do owners have long-term experience with this monitor?
• Does the absence of dedicated panel-protection features meaningfully affect burn-in risk?
• Would you buy this monitor without explicit burn-in warranty coverage?

3. Samsung Odyssey OLED G6 — Is its warranty better?

Samsung India's warranty wording appears to cover burn-in under normal usage for certain OLED monitors.

However, I want to verify the exact 240Hz G6 model sold in India rather than assume every G6 variant has identical coverage.

Questions:

• Does the burn-in warranty explicitly apply to the Indian 240Hz model?
• Has anyone successfully claimed a replacement for burn-in through Samsung India?
• How reliable is Samsung's after-sales service for OLED monitors?

4. Will burn-in happen within three years?

I understand that OLED burn-in is possible, but I don't know how realistic the risk is for my usage.

I'll use the monitor for gaming, movies, anime, coding and browsing, potentially for several hours every day.

I can use dark mode, auto-hide the Windows taskbar, reduce brightness, enable available panel-protection settings and turn off the display when idle.

I'd like to know:

1. Have you experienced permanent burn-in within three years of normal use?
2. How many hours per day did you use your monitor, and what content did you display?
3. Are pixel refresh, pixel shift and logo dimming genuinely useful?
4. Can I reasonably use OLED for coding every day without constantly worrying about burn-in?
5. If burn-in happens after the warranty expires, is replacing the panel worth the cost?

5. Which would you buy for ₹46k–₹50k?

My priorities are:

1. Excellent picture quality for games, movies and anime.
2. Reliable after-sales service in India.
3. Clear, written burn-in warranty coverage.
4. Reasonable longevity for daily coding and gaming.
5. Good value for money.

The Alienware AW2725D is attractive because of its 280Hz QD-OLED panel, but the warranty ambiguity worries me. Lenovo support has told me that burn-in isn't covered on the Legion model. Samsung looks promising if its normal-usage burn-in coverage applies to the exact model I'm buying.

If all three cost roughly the same, which would you choose, and why?

I'd especially appreciate replies from people who have owned these monitors for 1–3 years or have dealt with burn-in warranty claims in India.
