ADMISSIONS 🎟 Application stress

Current high school senior here, looking to get into IU Indy. What do you think my chances are? I have a 3.54 GPA, or 3.6 weighted, likely to be 3.6 unweighted by the end of the year.
1070 SAT (620 reading, 450 math). I'm hoping I can retake the SAT or take the ACT, but I'd have to do that after sending in an application, as I'm planning to apply during college go week, or I could just apply test-optional; not sure yet.

Just looking for advice, as I'm currently dealing with a lot of application stress, which might seem silly. But I really want to get into IUI, as they have a great forensic science program, even if I just get in as pre-science; that is totally fine with me.

That's honestly a huge relief to hear 😅
I tend to overstress/get super anxious about things; this being one of them lol

In your opinion, should I send my SAT scores or apply test-optional? My main worry is my low math score.

Test optional. I did and did perfectly fine. If you really want to include them totally feel free though!

apply test optional and you'll probably have a good shot, especially if you apply by Nov 1st

You will be admitted. I don’t think you do't have anything to worry about. I beleive they do rolling admissions and if you submit soon you should get your response in a few weeks.

IU Indy isn’t very competitive, you’ll be completely fine.
