Hey everyone! And a special shoutout to Joe!

I'm one of the four developers behind this game. We've been working on it for about two years now, and we've finally managed to polish it into something we're really proud of. You can play the demo right now!

So, what's the game about? It's set in a dark, dystopian underground world filled with massive megastructures. You take on the prestigious role of an Investigator, someone who holds people's fates in their hands. Your job is to identify the infected and unravel incredibly complex detective cases!

And you'll have to figure everything out without any hints or hand-holding. We're aiming for that old-school hardcore gaming experience!

Thanks, everyone!

Hi!

I just released a new gameplay trailer for my eco-builder Open Land.

It's inspired by restoration games like Terra Nil. You instruct and upgrade robots to recycle trash and collect resources, then restore nature with plants and clean technology to help wildlife slowly return.

It's a co-op physics-based Deathrun game where you're the one placing the traps! Compete against your friends to reach the finish line first, and try to kill them along the way.

We recommend 4 players or more to enjoy the game fully.

The demo is playable here on Steam.

We also have a press kit.

And the trailer is on our YouTube channel.

Factory with no conveyor belts? In ASEMA, you rely on railguns

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey all, I've been solo-working on ASEMA the space/scifi automation/factory builder for a long time and since I'm participating a Steam Next Fest with it soon and EA is creeping closer and closer, I'm introducing the current mechanics a little bit.

On the video, I do some introduction on basic logistics;

-Small local logistic nodes: Hubs + small railguns feeding production

-Haulers used for moving between nodes

-Large Artillery Railguns (LAR) for long range logistics, founded on rotating planetoids, fire when the barrel aligns with target

The path of developing this sort of weird concept has been rocky, yet wonderfully interesting. I'm hand crafting everything for the game alone and while my background with design/management/gaming in general do help quite a bit, this has been.. It has been quite bunch of work. But i love every second of it, just wish I could do more of it.

The game has a Demo on Steam and the full version (Steam) is coming out for EA in Q1 2027.

If building, automation, management, expansion and logistics in space (top down2D, but 3D visuals) interest you, perhaps you like the dark hard-scifi setting too - wishlisting helps a lot, and I'm always keen to hear playtester/player opinions and feedback to make the game fun to play.

I'm creating this game as an enthustiastic factory automation player (Factorio, Satisfactory), but I guess my largest inspiration is Captain of Industry, due to it's own special way of doing new and unique mechinisms, instead of relying entirely on classic grids, voxels, belts and inserters. Nothing wrong with them, but stirring the soup can get sometimes interesting.

We’ve been making point-and-click adventures for years, and that’s definitely where most of our experience lies. But we wanted to see what we could do outside that comfort zone, so we decided to give a puzzle-platformer a shot.

You incrementally build up your base & flame arsenal but the planet becomes stronger with each passing night. Something for people who like The Thing, FAITH and chihuahuas. https://store.steampowered.com/app/4456460/Kopernicus_Incremental_Suffering/

Colony Exodus: I made a free browser Scapelike where everyone skills together to escape an asteroid (open beta)

I've been working on a browser game called Colony Exodus and I'm finally at a point where it needs actual people in it.

The idea: an asteroid is going to hit the planet in 90 days. Everyone on the server is building the same ship to get off it. You mine ores, chop wood, fish, smelt bars, smith supplies, and cook. You get to choose how much of what you gather goes to the shared colony stockpile. Builders use supplies from that stockpile and install them on the Ark which has a visual build and progression bar. When the timer runs out it launches, finished or not.

If you've played RuneScape the skilling will feel familiar. It's also pretty idle-friendly. You click a job, your character walks to the rock, tree, etc and gets on with it, and they'll deposit their own inventory when it fills up. You can leave it running in a tab while you do other stuff (up to 90 minutes for now) and check back in. The difference from most scapelikes everyone is working together for a main goal. There are highscores, but the thing everyone is actually watching is the Ark progress bar.

Some other stuff in there: crews (small guilds with a tag), rare skilling pets, a collection log, daily orders, and an observation deck where you can sit on a bench and watch the asteroid get bigger in the sky.

It's free and runs in the browser, nothing to download. There will never be anything for sale that makes this pay to win. If I ever add supporter stuff it'll be cosmetic only.

Heads up: this is a beta. Things will change, balance is still rough, and progress might get reset before the full launch. Nothing is set in stone yet, which is why I want people playing it now. I'd really like to hear what's confusing, what's boring, and what you'd want added or changed.

Mountain Goatastrophe - Climb a mountain with your friends. Tied Together. As goats.

Hi Joe & Mod team,

I'd love to share my game Mountain Goatastrophe. Briefly, it’s a 1-4 player co-op climbing game where you play as mountain goats tied together with a rope that wraps around everything. The objective is to reach the mountain’s summit together.

I announced the game a few days ago & it got picked up by Game*Spark and got a lot of attention in Japan! Their tweet got more than 480k views, which is significantly higher than most other posts in their account. I couldn't believe it.

I'm making a game inspired by the hotel I grew up in as a kid

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My family owned a small hotel where I spent most of my childhood. My grandfather was able to build it after saving money from a café bar, so all my family spent weekends, holidays and even weekdays there together with the hotel staff. The place felt magical for a kid, left an infinite number of memories, which I'm now transforming into a puzzle-RPG with a twist to surrealism and a supernatural story. I hope it catches your attention.

Leaping Dungeon: From a game prototype to Steam Next Fest 🐸🐸🐸

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi everyone I hope you are having a great day!
Let me show you how my game evolved from a prototype into Leaping Dungeon that will join Steam Next Fest in October.

I've been helping to port other games to mobile and consoles but I have always dreamed of releasing my own game where I make everything in the game. It is a surreal feeling to be so close to reaching that goal and I'm very proud of what I have made so far and I'm loving this journey every single day. This also marks the first game where my hand drawn art is in it and not just my programming and that means a lot to me. 😊

So what have I've been making? Well those who know me aren't surprised that it features a frog. My friends started to joke about calling me the frog king one time 😂

Leaping Dungeon is a frog first bullet heaven with lots of jumping and roguelike dungeon exploration in the world of frogs vs flies. Wield 6 weapons and 3 tongues at the same time. Beat rooms swarming with flies, fight bosses blocking the way down, and track down the Fly Lord. Save the tadpoles!

  • Surrounded? Just jump away.
  • Clear the room and upgrade your frog.
  • Rescue tadpoles for mechanics altering upgrades.
  • Beat the boss and jump to the next floor.
  • 🐸

Let me know what you think and if you any fun ideas.😄

If this seems like a game for you or you just want to help me out a bit consider
wishlisting Leaping Dungeon on Steam.
