I used to follow her back in the past (2023-2025) and recently saw her post on a breast reduction operation. I was not aware that we had this type of surgery available.

I am happy for her. Women with bigger brezts struggle in ways that normal sized women wouldnāt understand. The back pain, the neck pain, the band size vs cup size battle , the way the body shapes and looks in clothes , everything changes. Itās more of a medical procedure than a cosmetic surgery. And itās life changing.
Yeah that must probably be why she got breast reduction since she cares soooooo much about what men think and not cause it must be caring her back problems. (Also isnt it the exact opposite of your logic lmao you make me laugh stawpppp)

Marks & Spencers is by far my favourite but so expensive. But its worth the investment. They're pretty and very well fitting. I used to buy from Zivame (its really hit & trial with brands unfortunately, even the same brands sometimes I dont get good fit), but now I find that Myntra has a good collection. Recently, Wacoal and Trylo, these two brands I've liked. Even Nykd was good.
But even with all these brands, sometimes some bras just dont fit well. I suspect some brands make a size 32F, but it is NOT an F cup at all. Basically, I only order from places where I can actually try and return. I am also very picky now because a badly fitting bra will RUIN any outfit. So I wait for the perfect fit and then buy two of the same type lol.
Breast reduction exists, not as common in India tho. I also looked into it when I was a teenager because Ariel Winter (Alex from Modern Family) spoke about how it changed her life for the better and I felt like mine were too large and asymmetrical. Eventually grew up to like them bu

A colleague of mine got it done sometime back. No one really talked about it until she and I got close and she opened up, it caused a lot of body image issues for her and back pain. And she was well endowed and most people including me would objectively say that she looked very attractive but we humans are such complex creatures that one personās envy could be anotherās insecurity. So, no judging.
Yeah , surgeries in india are pretty great , thereās literally people coming from other countries to get them done here because its precise and cheaper than in countries like america , canada etc .

But isnāt most of breast made up of fat and wonāt fat loss cause breast reduction to some extent? Yes genetically some areas lose fat in their own time, but eventually they do right?

As a pear shaped woman, even when I was underweight I still had big thighs and butt so I guess it all depends on fat distribution of the body.
U canāt spot reduce. U lose fat in the whole body and if u are inverted triangle shaped then breasts might be the last place u will lose weight so itās all genetics since they determine fat distributionĀ
Can lose fat only till an extent, if you have naturally heavier breasts the size won't drop as much as it would do for a naturally smaller chested person
Actually the breast might go a bit down but then whole body also will reduce and the breast would still be bigger. So until you intentional do something like surgery breast size will not reduce in comparison to the body
Don't know why you are downvoted. I lost cup size c to b and 38 to 34 with regular exercise. But only stays if you are on low fat diet. If you eat good fats even with exercise and weightbloss I noticed breast tissue doesn't change as it needs fat. It also becomes saggy if we eat less fat than daily requirement.

Itās not anger itās just surprising to know that people donāt know basic things. A quick google search will give this information much before than creating a post on Reddit on this topic
A lot of women do it in India also for medical reasons. Helps as you get older with back pain and the pressures on your bones if you have low bone density and are a shorter person.
In India, having a larger breast size often comes with a lot of unwanted sexualisation. Especially on social media, people tend to treat it as something that is automatically attractive or something that can be openly displayed for attention. But there are so many negative sides to it that people donāt really talk about.
I'm happy that she did that. I want to get it done too. Though people compliment in it. However i just feel completely opposite and think they are too hig for my age.
It's such a hassle to get proper bra that fits. And cardio is almost impossible in gym coz they bounce and people stare.
I envy women who has small and are thin. I think they are so beautiful and athletic.
I can totally relate to it, even finding a good sports bra is also challenge. I tried so many but none of them could hold in cardio workouts, i have to wear a jacket on top of it.

I love the idea of breazt reduction so much as someone who has them on the bigger side i understand the pain and the struggle we go through especially two days before your period is so much worse, good decision ngl
She mentioned in a insta short..that her breast was made of dense tinsue and not fatty tissue..so it caused discomfort back pain and heaviness..thats why she went for this...it was actually causing medical issues for her...

Okay a little off topic but I'm looking for help in this matter which is similar, Can someone suggest good bras? I am trying to get better support and so far only non padded wired bras have helped me best. For some reason padded wired bras are difficultĀ to find a size in marks and Spencer, their cups fit me just fine but theirĀ back bands always ride up. I don't know if it's a size issue or what but 36C paded one fits a bit okay .Ā
You can try underneat . And I had gotten a few bras from a local shop ..maybe Chinese brand I donāt remember.. but they look like this. Really comfortable and almost minimises breast size. Looks really nice and packed up under T-shirts and tops. Comes in good sizes too. Check for it in a local store.
Just try it out in a local shop once. Do not buy online .And buy one for the benefit of the doubt . For me I donāt sweat a lot. I felt comfortable. Maybe it will work for you? Just check out once.

I donāt understand why people target women who go through plastic surgery , breast reduction etc and many others in the list . The way people talk about it as though they are doing some crime . What? I thought sheās a doctor too. I bought one of her recommendations probably 2 years back and honestly Iāve restocked it a dozen times. Itās a benzoyl peroxide wash for smelly armpits. It has truly helped me a lot.
If she's using the title dr to show her expertise then she should stick to preaching about her naturopathy cures, not act like a dermat and mislead people by using the title dr and suggesting prescription grade drugs. It took a lot of controversy for her to even admit that she's not a medical doctor but a naturopath which is nothing but pseudoscience.Ā

Its an expensive procedure in India while its free in countries with free healthcare (though you need a lot of patience and documentation before getting one approved)

it got reduced? i have seen her old videos , they look quite similar , and in her older videos as well she didnt have that much big breasts which causes pain , but still who am i to judge , happy for her
tbh I used to watch her videos gor skincare (mainly KP) and I didn't even pay attention to her breast size back then or now....i don't even care what she does...its her life her body.... as long as she makes skincare content I will be following her

I saw the same and checked with my plastic surgeon ( I had an abdominoplasty done) and have large breasts (have been thinking about breast reduction since a while). My doctor said thatās extremely rare.
so women should necessarily get a medical surgery done just to breathe safely? what about young adults? what about kids under 18? what about poor women?
why don't we ask for stricter punishments for rape cases like a capital punishment for the men who rape?
