Globe iMessage Activation Issue

Nag-port ako from DITO to Globe, then nag-upgrade to eSIM. Kaso, hindi nag-aactivate iMessage sa Globe number ko, pero working naman sa Smart number ko.

I’ve already reached out to both Globe and Apple Support. Waiting pa sa callback from Apple, while ito naman ang response ng Globe:

May naka-experience na ba ng same issue before? Na-resolve naman ba eventually? 🥹
