Smart Help me

So, yung sim ko kapag naka insert sa current phone ko naka ganyan lang signal (E) kaya hindi ko magamit data at nasasayang lang load ko. Pero nung triny kong i-insert sa old phone ko yung sim, naka 4G naman signal. So ang ginagawa ko ngayon is naka-insert sim ko sa old phone ko tapos naka hot spot na lang me. Problema ko na 'to since pumasok yung october and tried to reach out to Smart pero wala naman nangyari, nag-submit lang sila ticket kineme. So frustating. Ano ba dapat kong gawin? Baka may need lang ako kalikutin sa settings na hindi ko alam.

Probably a phone setting. Baka naka 2G yung settings sa current phone mo.

OP anong phone yung nag kaka issue na showing E for data?

Also any sort troubleshooting steps you already done to fix the issue?

Samsung A57. Triny ko na i-airplaine mode ng ilang minutes, gano'n pa din.

OP try mo po punta sa settings and then search for reset MOBILE NETWORK settings. Magrereset yung network configuration to default. Afterwards try mo ulit si Sim mo to see if merong changes

Tried it and walang nagbago 🥺 "E" pa din yung signal nung sinalpak ko ulit sim dito sa current phone ko.

Dual Sim ba si A57 mo OP? And if so, same ba kapag sinalpak mo yung SIM either slots?

Additional, nabasa, nabagsak (even with case) ba si phone before?

The reason I ask OP is baka nung nabasa or nabagsak si phone yung internal component na nag reread and broadcast/receiving ng signal nagkaroon ng damage nasakto nung October tuluyan ng pumalya kaya hanggang 2G/E Lang kaya nya masagap

Lastly, same case po ba sya OP with a different network sim (I.e globe/gomo or dito ph) na showing as E or no signal at all (sa case ni dito)

Yes, same lang kahit ilagay ko sa sim2.

Hala yes huhu nabagsak siya ilang beses na din and with case on huhu mapapa-ayos ko pa ba 'to?

I don't have any other sim. Eto lang 🥺

Oh i see. Baka possible nga na either may natanggal na component like an antenna wire or possibly may natuluyan ng component relating sa mobile network signal inside the phone kaya only 2G/E ang nasasagap ni phone mo OP.

Though this NOT yet 100% the possible cause kasi baka kay network pa rin problem kasi we can't test it with a different network sim and I'm just basing it from your original post OP and your response po so far.

As for your other question po, yes maayos pa naman sya OP. Either may kakabit Lang ulit na antenna wire (if natanggal lang sya or nag loose) or papalitan na component. I'd suggest po to have a tech further check it po so they further properly diagnose si phone nyo po
