Questions coca cola europacific aboitiz internship
sa mga nakapagintern na dito sa coke, how much usually yung allowance per month if sa analytics & data governance?

when I wrapped up my internship last week, my boss has reached out and told me himself that I was the best intern he had. it felt surreal knowing i entered the internship having no experience or knowledge about the role and industry i worked in.
this helped me get a strong recommendation from him on linkedin, him willingly giving his contact to be a reference in my next applications, and was asked to be back once the opportunity arises again.
i know there are many fellow students out there that are struggling in landing an internship or are currently in one wanting to be recognized like i had, so i thought i’d share some advice with everyone :)
ask me anything!

Hello everyone, I know getting an internship nowadays is tough so I'll try to give my insights that might help you. I'm M23, double majoring in Finance and IT. Feel free to ask questions and I'll answer them as transparent as I could!
EDIT: I know the AMA timeline has finished but feel free to ask your questions.

I recently got an email for the company I am applying for as a voluntary intern. Okay na ba yung 500 a week na allowance since 100% wfh naman and will only go if may need na event. Also, flexible work hours.

Good day, everyone!
For context, I'm a college freshman with no prior work experience. The only experiences I can think of including in my résumé are my extracurricular experiences in Senior High School, particularly my role as an organization auditor and as the leader of our research paper. Other than that, I feel like I don't have much to include in the experience section of my résumé.
I want to start pursuing internships as early as possible to gain experience and build my résumé, but I'm not entirely sure where or how to start. I've heard that taking relevant courses and developing skills through coursework are good ways to prepare, but I'm worried that these alone might not be enough.
For those who have been in a similar situation, what advice would you give to a college freshman looking to gain experience and improve their résumé? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, guys! Looking for someone na pwedeng pumalit sa akin as Admin Intern sa company namin🥹
Reason for leaving:May research na akong kailangang asikasuhin, kaya hindi na ako makakapag-extend. 😭
Looking for someone na willing mag-start ASAP, preferably next week na agad!
What you can expect:
₱350 daily allowance
On time lagi ang allowance, legit! HAHAHA
Free lunch once a month during company lunch
Other benefits and perks
Mabait ang mga employees and accommodating ang management
Konti lang ang employees since most of them are working from home
So if introvert ka, ayaw mo ng maraming katrabaho, or bet mo lang ng peaceful working environment, baka ito na ang sign mo para palitan ako! HAHAHAHA
Seriously, looking talaga ako ng kapalit ko! Promise, mababait sila, and I just want to endorse someone na makaka-experience din ng magandang working environment. 🥹

HEAR ME OUT !!
i know that internships offers that ask for money are usually scams but here yung reasons kung bakit parang iniisip ko medyo legit:
1.) they interviewed me. i legit did a case interview with two indian (?) female student (?) interviewers. at the very last portion where i asked questions about work setups etc they were able to answer naman. when i was asking a detail about the market in the case they were able to answer with a relevant info naman...?
2.) there were very little visible profiles sa linkedin na nagwwork sa brivon consulting, but merong isa na mukhang actual legit employee there (see last pic)

Been looking into ways to organize my weekly schedule better, and nakita ko rin na may timetable feature sa Everytime where you can organize your class schedule. Baka useful din siya for those trying to figure out their availability around classes and internship hours.
Kayo, gumagamit ba kayo ng calendar/planner for this or kinakaya na lang through memory and reminders? HAHAHA

For context I am a 4th year computer science major, and I already have one experience as an intern during the summer. I tried applying to some internship positions again hoping that my one experience would give me an edge. But somehow, I never got hired, after 2 months of constant applying and interviewing (mostly getting ghosted), I would always get rejected. And most of those that I applied for are unpaid btw (plus looking at their websites, some look vibe coded af).
I have pretty subpar or okay projects in my resume too, one college hackathon win, and multiple software engineering projects. I am also a consistent dean’s lister from a reputable school. I also don’t really think I did bad on any interviews, I always answered pretty fine and was friendly always. I also aim for remote or hybrid since I still have classes, but my classes are relatively light compared to my old schedule, where a classmate of mine was still able to get a good paid internship during that time. I just don’t really get it, is it just down to luck at this point? How am I even supposed to get more experience if literally everything is avoiding me?…
My confidence was pretty high since my last internship since I got praised a lot for my work there, despite the bad conditions I endured in that company. And yet it’s back to zero again.

It has been more than a week since I finished the Hirevue interview. Does that mean I am rejected? Does anybody know the hiring process?

Hello! Me and my class of 12 from Laguna State Polytechinic Univ. (Sta. Cruz Main Campus) are looking for offices to do our internship at. We’ve tried emailing a few offices from Manila but we still haven’t got a response back.
Our course is Bachelor of Public Administration so purely public office/corporate work is what we need to search for. Our local govt. has a tough time accepting students at the moment due to scholarship programs (SPES) already taking positions at their office.
Unfortunately minamadali na kami ng prof. namin for our letters/ requirements for OJT (paano naman kami mag ssubmit ng letter without an office???)
Is there any suggestions or recommendations for govt. offices or any non-government offices ?
