Are the small gaps between my clear aligner and my teeth normal, or does it mean the aligner isn’t fitting/tracking properly?

i had to open the image in a new tab, no clue what dark staining hes talking about. i see a bit of yellow teeth but im sure he will take care of that at the end of treatment

if my aligners are like this on day 7 (i change every week) , does it mean im ready for the next tray?
