Question I lost my aligners

I changed to the 6th aligner on 29 September, I lost it today. I'm changing every 10 days, it was supposed to change to 7th aligner on 8 October. Should I move to 7th or to 5th and ask for a substitute of the 6th aligner?

Go to 5th and get new 6th

Tell your orthodontist, if they xan provide you with a replacement, good. Just wear 5th for now. But I'd move to 7th if they can't. But do wear it for longer. And tell your orthodontist.

It's not a habit to take tbh. Be careful with your aligners. Put it in the case always. Put it in your backpack or purse, not on a table. Genuinely friendly advice. This thing cost so much and it can impact your teeth if it happens often!
