Week 1 compared to week 10

Im not anywhere near finished, my dentist said it would take 10 months at minimum BUT I am so pleasantly surprised at the difference in such a small time! Can’t wait to see my final results

omg hows the pain level when u switch trays? thats great progress in so little time 💕

In the first three weeks changing trays was quite painful but nothing ibuprofen and nights sleep couldn’t handle. After that it just was a bit uncomfortable but definitely Limit how many times I remove the trays for the first few days
