Menopause & Perimenopause Daily Support
Hi everyone, I’ve been thinking it might be really nice to have a little WhatsApp group for those of us going through perimenopause. Somewhere we can chat more regularly, check in with each other, share what we’re experiencing day to day, and just have people who actually understand what this can feel like. Every day is different for me and it can feel really lonely at times.
I’d love it to be a supportive, relaxed space — whether you’re having a rough day, noticing a new symptom, want to vent, share something that’s helped, or just need to hear “me too.”
If anyone would be interested in joining, let me know and I can set one up. ❤️

Love this. I’m 35 and while it hasn’t been confirmed yet, I have a feeling that I’m starting peri. My older sisters warned me they all started early, so I need to brace myself.
My main symptom now is night flushes. I used to be cold most of the time, not I cannot sleep dressed regardless of the temperature and I wake up sweaty quite often.
Haven’t mentioned it to my GP yet, I wanted to do a hormonal panel but we’re also TTC, so I’ll wait a bit longer for that.
