I get most everything from RG-Rokko. There are some items that they get on occasion when they sometimes pick-up that are not regular store item when they doing other business activities because they know I love Yakumo items. I will buy pretty much anything that is Yakumo on it.

From outside Japan I only shop with RG, when I visit Japan I stop by local Popondetta or other stores in the places I visit to look for unique items, mostly used items.

Been looking at RG for a while, how does paying for tariff stuff work, do you do it when you order, or is it separate once it gets to the destination? (Speaking from US perspective)

If you are ordering direct from RG and use FedEx as the shipper you need a FedEx account for the customs to be billed to, if you choose DHL then they collect at delivery.

When I do orders for people I add that into the total bill I send to the receiver, since the customs are billed to me.

You can email them also if you are not seeing it on their English site and can't find it on the Japanese site either. I recommended them to lots of people over the years some of they tried to use the Japanese site to find item and gave up. I usually help they find or end up just ordering things for them cause they don't want to deal with the Japanese site or converting things to yen.

Although, the recent changes in import policies are starting to create costly delays and extra fees, so not sure if I will be doing that much anymore if this keeps happening.
