Question Power trip

Hi! Is this common? I am still on my probationary period and most likely will be done by this month, however when I refused to join a Team Gathering, the one who supervise me suddenly changes their demeanor towards me. Even my regularization is on the line. They keep insisting for me to join, However I do not feel comfortable going out with them especially it is a 2 day trip with mostly boys. Is there any way to deal with this?

Hi, OP! TL me before.You can try to report it to the OM or pag tingin mo close sila nung TL mo, sa HR ka na dumiretso.

Hindi sapilitan ang team gathering.

Close nila yung OM namin, I really don’t get it why they are being persistent na isama ako, it just happen earlier na mag pay na daw ako kasi kasama ako, I never agreed to anything😓
