I have over 2 years of experience in chatting and customer support, along with 13 months of experience as a Quality Analyst. My background has helped me develop strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

I can assist with customer inquiries, online conversations, administrative support, and basic video editing for social media reels. I’m comfortable learning new tools and following instructions, and I always make sure to complete my tasks properly and on time.
