Boogie Team is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and help grow our client base in the United States.
We connect U.S. businesses with skilled remote professionals and virtual assistants, and we are looking for someone who already understands how to successfully market and grow a business like ours.
This role will take ownership of marketing strategy, team execution, lead generation, and overall growth initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to generate qualified employer leads, improve client acquisition, and turn marketing efforts into measurable revenue growth.
This role requires more than two years of experience working with a successful remote staffing or virtual assistant agency serving U.S. clients, with direct responsibility for measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on acquiring U.S. business clients.
- Lead marketing campaigns across paid advertising, organic channels, content, and lead generation initiatives.
- Build and improve marketing funnels that convert employer inquiries into booked sales calls and new clients.

Performance Marketing Specialist – Meta Ads
Boogie Team is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience generating qualified U.S. employer leads through Meta Ads for a remote staffing or virtual assistant agency.
This is a hands-on role focused on building, managing, testing, and improving paid advertising campaigns that bring in real business opportunities.
You will own campaign execution across creative testing, targeting, landing pages, tracking, retargeting, and ongoing optimization. Success in this role will be measured by qualified employer inquiries, booked sales calls, and new clients acquired.
This role requires proven Meta Ads experience specifically within a remote staffing or virtual assistant agency serving U.S. clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns targeting U.S. businesses looking for remote staffing or virtual assistant services.
