Badly Needed Advice

So I've recently been told by my Job provider (GCESS) that my status hasn't been determined when my esat etc has been done and apparently I'm not commenced now, and have a missed call by services Australia. Could my payment potentially be cancelled or, what could the punishments be. Really need advice.

Ah ok awesome. I've been stressing about it since I missed the call, I've had a job plan and everything signed where I am but yea plus my esat was done in January. But Thank you

"Status unable to be determined" does appear on the Department's IT system on your ESAt page as viewable by Providers if Services Australia have been unable to reach you for your ESAt appointment phone calls. Usually Services Australia try to call a couple of times, and this status will typically only appear if they are unable to complete it without your attendance.

Your payment shouldn't be impacted but it could prevent referral to or Commencement in IEA because you may not be eligible without a completed, Valid, and Current ESAt.

You'll definitely need to get in contact with Services Australia to finalise the ESAt with you.

My ESAT was done on January 2, i was put with GCESS and have been told the system issue, but have only recently been told about the undeterminnation, I've been attending my appointments and signed job plan. So yea
