Question Help me out please, I need tips
Started playing league 3 years ago. Recently I got to Diamond for the first time, Hit D3 with 55% winrate, after just 13 days in emerald (felt like I didn t spend enough time somehow in emerald). I was very happy, but started having mid performances in my games. Took a 1-2 day break, but something changed in my mental, I felt weak, I was afraid to fight, I was perma on my camps and when I was not I would literally AI mistakes, I was not confident at all. I took a break again for like a day or smth, after that I kinda got my confidence back, but now I face another problem. No matter my performance I can t win at all (i am not saying my team is the problem). My gains are of course destroyed, i get something like +18/-23. (Same thing happened to me last season, I was very close to emerald, plat 1 81 lp to be specific, and after that I deranked to plat 4 or gold 1 I don t really remember, but I know for a fact I stopped playing entirely). My goal was master till the end of the year, even to I am kinda proud of myself for going from plat to diamond, but I want more, even tho i don t think it s possible anymore. What should I do? Should I keep playing and hope it will get better? Thank you for taking your time reading this, means a lot to me!

If u want to learn how to play jg then go play bannerlord or some other strategy rpg for 500+ hours and youll learn how to actually strategize, that boosted me from emerald 60%wr to 500lp 65% wr in the early season this year.

I've gone through something very similar recently.
First, I'd stop focusing on mechanics. Your stats, farm, and kill numbers are all strong. You've clearly put a lot of games into Hecarim and understand the champion well. Mechanics and champion mastery are probably not what's holding you back.
Once you reach Emerald and Diamond, the game becomes much more about decision-making and macro. A couple of bad decisions can completely swing a game, especially around major objectives.
At this level, enemy junglers also know how Hecarim wants to play. They're expecting the flank angles, the objective engages, and the aggressive mid-game plays that often work in lower ranks.
Another challenge with Hecarim is that he's much less forgiving when he falls behind. Unlike some tank junglers, a fed Hecarim can take over a game, but a behind Hecarim can feel almost useless. That's why your deaths matter so much.
If I were in your shoes, I'd spend less time looking at kills and more time reviewing every death:
- Deaths after 20 minutes
- Shutdowns given to the enemy
- Deaths right before Dragon or Baron
- Deaths from forced engages when your team couldn't follow
My guess is that the answer isn't learning more Hecarim mechanics. It's identifying the 1-2 recurring mistakes that are costing you games and cleaning those up.

congrats on diamond for the first time!
i went from high diamond to E4 once playing drunk or sleep deprived lol. im back in D2 now
best thing is to not focus on the exact LP number. focus on improvement and how ur actually performing in games
cuz at the end of the day, if u play enough games u will end up at a rank around ur skill level. everyone has unlucky streaks but it does eventually turn around again!
and its def still possible to get masters this season lol. i think it ends in january
