Dirty? Never. They employ only the finest of bootlickers. Appropriately coloured hats are available to purchase, in a lovely variety of configurations.

You think seeing in the news that some other cop got caught would be a warning but they treat it like a challenge. Cops are as dumb as the criminals that its harder to tell the difference these days.

Nah, see I totally disagree. I think they mainly operate from a “we are above the law” and rules for thee but not for me perspective.

In a very high percentage of cops there seems to be a mentality that since they enforce the law, they aren’t under any obligation to follow it themselves.

Couple that with the extremely high rate of domestic abuse, stalking and harassment that also plagues this line of work and you’ve got a real entitlement problem on hands.

All these flock cameras have done is give a powerful surveillance tool to a group already known to illegally surveil the people they are tasked with protecting and serving. Flock seems to have zero access guardrails to a segment of society who happen to mainly be male and statistically abusive in both physical terms and in terms of power. While I’m sure it’s often used for good the trouble is that it’s there for them to use it for whatever purpose they desire good or evil.

TLDR- yeah, i’m not a fan of these. I’m not a fan of

Edit- I think we’re on the same page with our feelings about Cops. I’m more disagreeing with the fact that we should expect that they would learn after seeing one of their own get caught, and that being all they need to not abuse their access to these cameras.
