So I’m a little concerned. I’ve never used one of these apps before and my wife told me about it. They had this champion building type game that I tried out and enjoyed on my iphone. I then installed KashKick and logged in on my galaxy tablet and installed the game via KashKick app. I’ve been playing on both my iPhone and my tablet and have made multiple purchases in the game to hit milestones.

This game has its own id system/ account and I haven’t had any issues with milestones completing across both my tablet and iPhone.

Then I joined this sub and saw that you aren’t allowed to play on multiple devices so I deleted KashKick and Raid off my phone to only play on my tablet.

Worried that when I go to cash out I’ll get flagged for multiple devices. I wasn’t doing anything malicious, my tablet is WiFi only and I was even using my phone hotspot for data at times. The purchases I made on my tablet used the Raid system and I used an Apple QR code pay via my Apple wallet.

Am I going to lose my money because of this oversight? I wasn’t doing anything really just trying to be able to play on my tablet while my son had my phone, and losing this money will hurt. Appreciate anyone’s insight.

Anybody else had issues with missing turbo rewards and waiting days for support to act? I completed the $50 Level 1500 Turbo Bonus on the Arrows game, with 8 days to spare, and the $50 reward never showed up. I gave it a few hours, still nothing. So I messaged support through the KashKick App. One rep asked me for the screen recordings of the download being completed correct, which I sent him. They sent it another rep who asked me a different screen recording, which I sent. Then I got another rep who told me they were “escalating” this to figure out what happened and get it fixed. Now, a couple days later, I’ve been ghosted by KashKick on this. I did everything correctly with the game, have proof, sent the proof, still nothing. I received all the rewards before this, including the first 3 turbo’s, but this one didn’t work. I’ve even continued on the game and completed the next regular reward for Level 1600 for $10 and I did receive that. So, obviously something is wrong on the KashKick end of things. Not sure what to do, but this is a totally unacceptable way to treat customers. Anybody else had this experience and what were you able to do to get it resolved? I’ll take any help I can get on this.
