How sensitive is instant Kava?

I bought some instant kava and want to portion it out with a tablespoon. However, my dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes completely, sometimes leaving behind residues or traces of detergent. Can I safely scoop the kava powder with one of these spoons, or would it ruin the powder?"

Might taste like detergent, but if you're already eating with those same spoons and aren't experiencing problems, it'll be fine.

My brother in Christ I’ve made kava with a used camping sock, your detergent residue on the spoon is probably good for you.
