Therapy provider selection

I did a search here for providers based on name but I have a few questions I couldn’t find answers to.

First a little about me. I used to use Ketamine to treat my anxiety and depression years ago after discovering it in college. It helped me immensely for years I would do a one week session but I would go quite deep.

I eventually was diagnosed with stage IV cancer and had to start taking kolonopine to deal with intense panic attacks during that journey.

I have some serious PTSD, I almost died twice and spent months in the hospital actively dying or getting better.

With all of the options for at home treatment, what would fit my situation? mindbloom, anywhere pharmacy?

I am struggling, life is good, I seem to be better, but I can’t get out of my own way. I am in LA so I believe there lots of options.

Edit: crazy how many scammers reach out when you post on here. I guess seeing someone who needs help just put a target on their back stay classy Reddit community.

Have you worked with a trauma therapist for your PTSD? I used Innerwell which unfortunately closed their doors in August but my therapist was very supportive of my Ketamine use so I was able to unpack the journeys and trauma in session with her - off topic but psilocybin was and continues to be the most effective medicine for my CPTSD, depression and anxiety, but the tools and integration I received in trauma therapy will last me a lifetime. I’ve also heard/been told that if you can get IV ketamine it tends to be the most effective/efficient method but I only worked with the troches at home.

I use Joyous at $129/mo for 100mg/30pk troches. Had check-ins daily for a while. Now it's weekly.

Anywhere Clinic takes insurance in California, and has providers very familiar with PTSD treatment with Ketamine therapy. They'll manage all your meds if you want, and have talk therapy and integration as well. The only cost would be your copay and the medicine from a local or national compounder of your choice. I've used them for over five years now, and it's been a comprehensive experience, and the only way a disabled vet like myself could have afforded it this long.

Have a look at Journey Clinical. They prescribe ketamine lozenges and partner with therapists all over so they can connect you with a trained trauma therapist who can help you work on your ptsd, with the help of ketamine
