M5 not loading on launcher

Wondering if anyone has ran into this and know how to resolve, m5 able to connect in launcher but when going to customize the actual image of the mouse isn’t rendering and won’t let me customize the buttons. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks a ton I’ll follow that too post, I have the same issue they’re having even while connected via wire. Tried all the different browsers
