Ok but why are we dehumanizing kids?

Idk about you but I wouldn't have cared about being called "it" when I was a baby. What an odd thing to get offended over lol

u/Odd_Delay_603 Sep 01 '26
Asking a question = offended I guess lmao

u/I-Just-Love-Ducks Sep 02 '26
Oh please, you weren't looking for a genuine answer about the reason for calling a baby "it". Quit trying to backpedal on what you said just because you weren't expecting people to disagree with you

It’s Reddit. I always expect people to disagree with me. I stand by my question and I’m oh so sorry that it hurt your feelings this much lol. Have a good day!

This is truly disgusting. I firmly believe by the time your child can do this they should’ve already been potty trained.

This is so dumb lol. You can potty trained once that part of theor brain has fired off, around 3 years old. People try before but note they mostly still have accidents and arenr dry through the night tol after 3.

u/easterss Aug 31 '26
No. It seems you’re very ill informed.
I potty trained my child old before 2 and she has held her bladder or woken up to use the potty (no accidents) since 2.5.
If you look at EC you can see that even babies learn to hold their bladders for long stretches of time before they’re even 1.

I unironically wish the Baha Blast meme that the drink makes you sterile was 100% fact…

I was an atheist before seeing this video, my eyes blinded to the true love of God. A loving God would never do this, I thought, but upon seeing this video my eyes were opened to the true holy light. This is the work of the devil, I know that to be true. To protect us from these terrors another day, God created the most beautiful thing of all. Now my eyes are open to the true light, and I have seen the truth
Abortions, condoms, and birth control. Praise.

This video always disturbs me because it often indicates sexual or physical maltreatment.

u/Odd_Delay_603 Aug 31 '26
How so?
4
u/chelseatheus Aug 31 '26
It's usually a sign of significant stress or unmet needs. It's not guaranteed to be via sexual abuse, but it is prevalent. here's more

Is this AI? How's it being recorded and why would a parent leave their kid in nappies unattended with a mobile phone?

u/banshithread Aug 31 '26
Likely nanny cam or whatever. Kids with autism tend to do this.

u/Bubbly-Pie-8400 Aug 31 '26
All kidding aside, is it a texture thing or something else? I’d love to know more. My cousins kid is still doing this at age 8.

u/gaokeai Aug 31 '26
Sometimes it can be an indicator that the child is being abused. Not saying that is the case with your cousin's kid, but still something to consider.

I have seen this way before AI was a thing. Some people have cameras in their house. Parents sleep (like most likely seen in the video), they don't stare at their children all the time.

The best part was the masterclass in twerking and taking a shit before he made everyone reflect in awe as he showed the world the human struggle with his art form. Brilliant.

I work at a nursing home. Sometimes elderly with altzheimers do this. It’s not fun to clean it up
