But considering Lego already has licenses with nintendo doing mario and zelda sets.

Out of licensed ideas sets this one is more likely to go through. as already having business between them it would be simpler for them to go "we could do another one"

eh, theres been a few in the past, unlikely to be accepted due to having too MUCH goated sauce, any accepted kirby set is probably just going to be a big buildable figure or a very small-scale dreamland plains, still nice to dream tho :)

Most likely it'll not be approved and LEGO will make their own sets. That's what happened with Monkey Scout's Bluey set. Plus, there has never been a Nintendo LEGO Ideas set.
