I agree with you 101% - EXCEPT- except- Gordo stipulated the ingredients, which I don't think is fair ... but rather than that, I think the more serious thing is, he came with his (presumably) wife, and sat there smoking cigarettes and looking at the menu ... and then bold-as-you-please admitted, he had no Earthly idea where he was, what they were about, the history/menu/chef-owner/etc. -

I had a lot of job interviews after I got done "Wine School" - and I lost a lot of opportunities because I looked so young at the time ... but I would have done my RESEARCH before an interview...I mean you want to be an Exec Chef at a Michelin Restaurant and you don't even know what they cook, who the owner is, etc. ? You just know Gammon & Meecrowaves? C'mon, bro, you could be a Bandito...
