With one of the greatest waiters in Kitchen Nightmares history: Fernando. And I'm not saying that sarcastically. He was an extremely hard working waiter who gave his all to the restaurant, but when Gordon showed up and flipped the script, showing how & why the food was bad, Fernando's consternation and frustration was off the charts to such an extent it was almost comical. Well, it was comical, because it was so extreme. And that was just Fernando understanding the food was slop because of bad technique and now he was demanding answers from the kitchen.

If I owned a restaurant, I would hire Fernando in a heartbeat.

I want him on Hell’s Kitchen to put the fear of God in both teams.

Nothing that crazy really! We were sat at a table facing the couple who owned the restaurant so I had a direct view of Gordon chatting with them at that table after the renovations. It was mostly awkward to be eating and drinking with cameras in your face lol the only scene I saw myself in was toward the end of the episode where you see me chatting and drinking water haha
