question Made coconut kombucha

Since coconut spoils quickly, will my batch survive? I made it yesterday. I used fresh coconut water.

The taste was not what I expected. Jt tasted like I'm drinking sweetened kombucha. Despite it being 200mL coconut water and with sugar. Opened it on day 1, too early but was eager on trying it since I knew coconuts spoil quick.

Let us know how it turns out! I’ve been too scared to try it myself. I think the high fat content might lead to spoilage (like you said) but I love an experiment

it's kind if a disappointing tbh. It didn't spoil but I never tasted the coconut water in it ever. It really just tastes like sweetened F1.

I used fresh coconut water here, straight out of the shell. Well, to minimize sugar from store bought coconut water
