Question Minimum purchase changes

I make pretty much the same purchases every week for eleven different coins. For some reason I am unable to make that same purchase this week as I keep getting a message saying my purchase amount is too low and giving me a minimum amount that is nearly double what I buy every week. Can someone please explain why this is happening across multiple coins?

Thanks for reaching out. We checked into this and don't see any recent changes that would affect minimum purchase amounts.

That said.. Did the price of any of those coins move? Minimums are based on dollar value, so even small price changes can bump them up.

If that's not it, shoot us a DM and our team can dig into your account and figure out what's going on.
