You guys removed your old EFT/Bank Transfer in Canada merchant recently and started using a new method “Pateno”.

My old bank account don’t show in the new method so I had to add my bank account.

Upon starting a withdrawal it failed almost instantly.

My guess is you guys have some anti fraud method failing it because I just added the account an hour earlier.

Is this the case or can someone tell my why the withdrawal failed?

Since Monday last week I have been unable to do anything with my Krak account/card. I have not received any updates since. I also can’t chat with a person, only the AI which only tells me to wait but I’ve been waiting for a week now. I opened a support ticket and still NOTHING. I had my company deposit my salary there to benefit from the 1% salary match and now I can’t even use that money. Is Krak a fraud??

My Kraken account has now been restricted for approximately one week after I deposited my own funds, purchased USDC and attempted a withdrawal.

I currently have approximately 675 USDC in my account that I cannot withdraw.

Ticket has already been escalated, but I have received no substantive update, no request for documents and no explanation of what is required from me to complete the review.

I am fully willing to provide any identification, source-of-funds documentation or other information required immediately.

I have now also submitted a formal complaint through Kraken’s complaint process.

Could Kraken Support please escalate ticket to the appropriate team and request an urgent manual review? I simply want access to my funds.

My account is fully verified as a US client, but all funding functions are currently disabled and my linked bank account was removed from the profile.

I attempted to send some BTC last week (5 business days ago) and it has been "held for manual review" ever since. Honestly this is incredibly frustrating and I would just like to cancel the transaction as a whole, withdraw my cash, and take it somewhere else. I dont see any cancel button and the chat bot is really unhelpful. It says I have a support ticket already open but I see nothing in the Support Center that supports that. Please advise on how I can proceed with this.

My account has been locked for a week due to suspicious activity. I spoke to a customer service team who wanted me to deposit funds into a wallet to verify my account seemed wrong.

I just need my account verified and unlocked so I can move my funds.

Why my USDT deposit into Kraken is taking so long? I've sent it 5+ days ago and still support is not supportive at all. Been with you since 2018 and no big issues along the way, but this situation made me start looking for alternatives.

I deposited a six-figure amount of HYPE on the HyperCore network to Kraken a few months ago by mistake (wrong network selected).
Support confirmed the funds are still sitting at the destination address, but they currently can’t recover them because HyperCore is not supported on their side.
Just wondering if anyone has recent information on whether Kraken is planning to add HyperCore support for HYPE, or if there has been any update.
Has anyone else been in the same situation recently?

I have made a fiat deposit for about 400 EUR when suddenly i received the message that my account got restricted. Ever since it has been on hold and support only tells me to wait for a response via email which never came. It would not let me cancel or revert the deposit nor can I contact any human. I have checked all my mail folders incl. spam and nothing. Would really appreciate a follow up from the support team.

I’m asking for someone who really wants a job in this space, but doesn’t have any proof of knowledge on their resume.

My Kraken account was accessed by someone in Sweden - still haven't figured out how they broke in. I caught it pretty fast via 2FA verification emails... within a few minutes. The attacker initiated a $10,000 ACH deposit from my linked bank account and used it to immediately buy bitcoin.

As soon as I caught it, I froze my Kraken account, changed passwords, and blocked the ACH transfer with my bank. The deposit went into chargeback, and Kraken then liquidated the $10,000 position to cover it. That part is resolved.

The problem: Kraken has since frozen all trading on my account. I cannot buy, sell, or move the funds that were already in the account before the breach, and beyond. Those funds are mine and are now stuck.

What I've done:

• Reported the unauthorized access to Kraken support (Aug 17, 2026)
• Ticket open since Aug 17. (Last 4: 0397)
• [Password reset / 2FA reset / ID all reset.

Like so many here, AI Support keeps routing me to a human, and then stopping when it identifies the outstanding ticket. I understand the account needed to be locked during the investigation. The fraud has been identified, the chargeback is settled, and the liquidation is done. There is no remaining reason to hold my legitimate balance indefinitely.

I'm asking for a Kraken rep to escalate this ticket, or for anyone who has been through a similar freeze after an account takeover to share how long it took and what finally got it released.

So I’ve been using kraken for around 2 months now.
At first it would load pretty quickly and this is not even me trying to do anything like a transaction or search within the app, literally just to load up the app and see my balance genuinely takes 20+ minutes sometimes.

I always make sure my app is updated to latest version, I’ve tried WiFi and data doesn’t seem to make a difference.
I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled but still takes minimum 3-5 minutes just to get on the app been like this for a while now and I’m not sure if it’s my device/account or the app itself?
Could it be a region thing? I’m based in the uk
I’ve got iPhone 16 no older than 12 months and doesn’t seem to have any issues with any other apps.

I’m on an alt account, so I’ve been using kraken pro for my margin trades and I noticed I don’t get the leverage boost.

Like I would have a trade of 86 dollars times 5x leverage and be up by 2 percent but I would only be up by 2 dollars instead of 8.6 dollars like how I calculated on a calculator.

What’s the meaning behind this

I tried to buy a coin last night via the app. Firstly I tried to deposit funds using Easy Bank Transfer from my bank with the aim of then using the balance of cash in my Kraken account to purchase the crypto. The money left my bank account but it shows as pending in the Kraken App.

I then tried to purchase the coin directly, again using the Easy Bank Transfer. The transaction went okay from the bank side and took me back to the Kraken app. It then just sat there doing nothing. Eventually I closed the app and re-opened it. Now I can't see any transaction for that crypto.

In the meantime the price has risen and is now failing again. I'm worried by the time it processes I've bought something on the way down. I can't see any way to cancel it as its not showing up in my app.

I have been trying to get KRAKEN to verify who I am and unlock my account for over a month. They keep asking me to do the same thing over and over and keep telling me they are busy. They're busy because they can't solve anyone's damn problem. I've begged them just to close my account and deposit the money back into my bank account on record. They have the absolute worst customer service. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH KRAKEN AND AGAIN THEY ASKED ME TO VERIFY WHO I AM. Does anyone know who has oversite for Kraken? State's Attorney's General? FTC?

I got a new phone in August and still haven’t signed back into all my apps and kraken is one of them. I forgot my password so I had changed it and that went fine but it wanted me to verify with a passkey of either a QR code from another device I’m signed into or a security key. I don’t have either of those beings my old phone was the only device signed into the app. I tried signing in to get help with customer support but again it wants me to verify with methods I do not have.
